What you can open

  • Hub

    The region's one distribution centre. Sets the region's prices and shares; district stores join it.

  • District store

    Distributes across its district. Sub-county stores join it, and it can link with other district stores in its region.

  • Sub-county store

    The counter for a sub-county: people drop off and collect parcels, and the village pickup points around it join it.

  • Pickup point

    Your shop or kiosk in a village or cell holds parcels until people collect them - no deliveries to run. Joins a sub-county store.

After you apply

  1. Top up your store wallet, then submit your documents - that pays the non-refundable inspection fee.
  2. The store above yours approves, then EMEHub. The one-time platform fee is then taken from your wallet and your store opens - it covers your first year; the yearly subscription starts in year two.
  3. Only an open store takes parcels, or other stores joining it.
